All projects begin once the scope of work and pricing have been agreed in writing.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with UK legislation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, feedback and approvals within agreed timescales.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Adara Creative Studio retains ownership of working files.
Clients receive the agreed final deliverables upon full payment.
Adara Creative Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We aim to provide a professional service but cannot be held responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of our work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
